Rob's grandfather had two older sisters, the last born in 1898. Grandpa Marsden had two sons and both of those sons had two sons. Rob is the only one of the grandsons with children and he had a son. So with no girls for over 100 years and three generations, we were expecting another boy for sure. What a wonderful surprise!
And to be honest, we really, really, REALLY wanted a little girl!
