We traveled to this cave with another family whose kids are the exact same ages as ours. The weather was awful but we managed to have a nice picnic inside the cave along a river, an exciting and very slippery hike and a tour of the cave. Timo and Alister thought it was great.

The cave was occupied during the ice age. One of the coolest things is that the main road runs right through the entrance of the cave. The road wasn't there though during the ice age.

Holy heck. How did they do that without safety lines. It looks so narrow. Yikes.
I must confess the other set of parents successfuly took the kids across. They are really tall!
