It was a glorious afternoon so we headed off to the zoo. Surprisingly, we were the only people there, there wasn't even a member of staff inside. I've mentioned before the minimal use of chain link fence to separate man from beast, including the man-eating cats, and it was a bit freaky being there all alone. We survived, and had a nice afternoon. The kids really enjoyed watching the sea lions.
Unfortunately, there were some awkward questions at the mini-farm.
