excursions

At last we have been able to venture out and see some of the sights in the area.

The first place we went was Albi, the birthplace of Toulouse-Lautrec and home to an impressive Cathedral.

We forgot to bring the camera.


Our second adventure was to a tiny village called Roquefixade. There are ruins of a castle up above the town. We managed to hike up there with the kids - Clara on Karen's front and Alister on Rob's back.

Again, we forgot the camera.
