We arrived in London for a month-long stay. Our accomdation is in Woking. Rob will be working at the Rio Tinto office in Guildford, and also spending a few days each week at the office in Toulouse. Here is the place where we are staying, Copper Beech House. It looks lovely but it was very corporate-like and sterile, not really child-friendly.
The day after we arrived, England was hit with a major snowstorm (relatively speaking). It seemed to shut London down, even though it had all melted by the afternoon. Thankfully we opted not to delay our flight a day or we would have been in trouble. It was pretty though.
